Founded in Palma de Mallorca in 2020, KJ Legal Plus is an independent boutique law firm advising entrepreneurs, international families, family offices and investors on matters that require judgement, discretion and a cross-border perspective.
We are deliberately small. Every client works directly with the lawyer responsible for the matter, ensuring personal attention, efficient communication and advice tailored to the client's objectives.
Our work spans real estate, private wealth, international mobility and complex disputes involving assets, businesses and families across multiple jurisdictions. We regularly represent clients before the Balearic and Spanish courts, coordinate closely with advisers throughout Europe and beyond, and work in six languages to provide legal advice that is both locally grounded and internationally connected.

Specialises in real estate law, private wealth planning and international mobility. He advises investors, international families and entrepreneurs on cross-border matters involving assets, businesses and relocation to Spain. Known for a pragmatic and highly personalised approach, he works directly with every client. Member of the Balearic Bar Association (ICAIB no. 6953).

Limited matters
We take on a small number of matters at any one time. Each client is assigned a responsible lawyer who acts as a single point of contact throughout the engagement.

Response within 24 hours
We respond personally within one business day. Clients in active engagement have direct communication channels tailored to their needs.

International coordination
More than 80% of our matters involve more than one jurisdiction. We work in close collaboration with lawyers, tax advisers and other counsel in our clients' country of origin.

Transparent fees
We provide a written fee estimate up front, with clearly defined scope, phases and milestones. Transparent, detailed billing with no unexpected costs.
PRO BONO COMMITMENT
Each year we devote part of the firm's hours to pro bono matters: defending people in vulnerable situations, supporting cultural foundations of the Islands and advising non-profit organisations.
Clients who work with us indirectly fund this work: it is our way of giving back to the territory that gives us our practice.
